In our smoke-free Buschenschank we serve delicious snacks and wines from our own production.
Our winery consists of a newly renovated Stüberl with room for up to 50 people, a conservatory-like annexe with room for up to 30 people, a lovingly designed rain-proof natural arbour with room for 60 people and an open-air terrace with three tables (25 people), from which you have a wonderful view of the wine landscape.
There is a children's playground just a few metres from the arbour. In our Degustations-Stüberl, commented tastings, meetings or smaller celebrations take place. As a trained carpenter, Siegi, the owner of the house, has made almost the entire inventory of our wine tavern himself. By converting the former stable building into an air-conditioned bottle cellar, it was possible to build a large processing kitchen with stainless insulating panels in accordance with the latest hygiene standards.
Cellars and cooling systems
There is a separate ripening and cooling cell for the smoked products produced in the farm's own cellar. In addition, we have a further, generously designed cold room for the pork sides and a smaller cold cell for the storage of vegetables and cheese. There are some vegetarian delicacies on our menu. Not to be left unmentioned is our wine cellar with many top wines, which we serve in clay coolers or open in event glasses. In addition to local mineral water, we also offer revitalised tap water for your health.
